User Agreement
It is a special reminder that before you register as a user, please read this user registration and use of APP privacy agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement") carefully to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept this agreement or not. Unless you accept all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to register, log in or use the services covered by this agreement. Your registration, log in, use and other behaviors will be regarded as acceptance of this agreement, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Zealway (Xiamen) Instrument INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Zealway") and the user regarding the sterilizer intelligent control system (hereinafter referred to as "sterilizer system"). Users refer to the individuals or organizations that register, log in and use the system. This agreement can be updated by Zealway at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this app. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by Zealway. If the user continues to use the services provided by Zealway, it will be deemed to accept the modified agreement.
Ⅰ、Account registration
1. Users need to register a sterilizer system app account before using this service. The app account of the sterilizer system should be registered with the sterilizer device using the mobile phone scanning device QR code. Zealway can change the way of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to the user.
2. In view of the binding registration method of sterilizer system app account, you agree to allow your mobile phone number and other information to be used for registration.
3. When the user registers and uses the sterilizer system, Zealway needs to collect the personal information of the user's identity, so that Zealway can contact the user when necessary, or provide better user experience. The information collected by Zealway includes but is not limited to the user's name and mobile phone number; Zealway agrees that the use of such information will be restricted by the protection of users' personal privacy information.
Ⅱ、Protection of user personal privacy information
1. If Zealway discovers or receives reports or complaints from others about the violation of the agreement, Zealway shall have the right to review and delete the relevant contents, including but not limited to user data and release records without notice, and punish the account number against violation according to the seriousness of the circumstances, including but not limited to equipment blocking and function blocking, and inform the user of the processing results.
2. Users who violate the user agreement can contact Zealway by themselves. The user can submit the complaint, and Zealway will review the appeal and make reasonable judgment to decide whether to change the punishment measures.
3. The user understands and agrees that Zealway has the right to punish the violation of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement in reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates the law and regulations, and keep relevant information to relevant departments according to laws and regulations, and the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
Ⅲ、Rules of use
1. Users are not allowed to use the sterilizer system app account or this service for the following behaviors:
（1） Submitting or publishing false information, or embezzling other people's materials, pretending or using other people's names;
（2）Making up facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
（3）Using technical means to establish false accounts in batches;
（4） Using the sterilizer system app account or this service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;
（5） Produce, publish, operate or disseminate methods and tools related to the above behaviors, whether or not these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
（6） Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of the sterilizer system app, or behaviors Zealway not explicitly authorizes.
2. The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and effectiveness of the information transmitted by the sterilizer system app account or this service. Any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user, and has nothing to do with Zealway. If any damage is caused to Zealway, the user shall compensate and bear the corresponding legal liability according to law.
Ⅳ、Others
1. Zealway solemnly reminds users of the terms in this agreement that are exempt from the liability and restriction of user rights. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently.
2. The validity, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or dispute between the user and Zealway occurs, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Zealway is located.
3. Any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
4. The final right to interpret this agreement is owned by Zealway (Xiamen) Instrument INC. and hereby declares that the application registration and privacy agreement is not related to Apple company according to the disclaimer of Apple.
